We care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years in a small, close-knit centre of just 49 places. This helps us truly know each child and family, not just manage enrolments.

Grow Together Early Learning is operated by MMNE Education Pty Ltd and led by Mina Fahmy. Mina and his wife, Mona, have supported families in Marrickville for over 15 years through local healthcare services.
This background shapes how we care for families today. We understand what parents want most: trust, consistency, and clear communication. We focus on building strong relationships and a stable environment where children feel secure and families feel confident.
Our educators bring experience, passion, and professionalism into every room. The majority of our team are Early Childhood Teachers or ECT-equivalent professionals, supported by Diploma and Certificate III-qualified educators who create meaningful learning experiences and provide high-quality care.
Every educator holds a current Working With Children Check and completes training in first aid, CPR, and anaphylaxis management. We follow NSW educator-to-child ratios to ensure every child receives attentive care, personalised support, and meaningful guidance throughout their day.
We believe children thrive when they feel safe and supported. Our centre has secure entry, clear sign-in and sign-out processes, and close supervision in all indoor and outdoor areas. We follow safe sleep practices for infants, along with strong sun safety and hygiene routines built into everyday care.
We make things easier for families with a fully inclusive daily fee.
Children also take part in experiences like gardening, cooking, language activities, and creative play that spark curiosity and confidence.
We believe families are an important part of every child’s learning journey. Through the OWNA app, you’ll receive real-time updates on your child’s day, including meals, sleep, activities, learning progress, photos, and special moments.
We also share bi-monthly newsletters with centre news, curriculum highlights, upcoming events, excursions, and important reminders. Most importantly, we value open communication. Our friendly team is always available to answer questions, share updates, and support your family.
